Certification for the international standard ISO 9001: 2015

Snabduvanje so toplina Balkan energy Dooel Skopje, continuously works on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in order to increase customer satisfactionThat is why the company successfully passed the recertification process for the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in December 2020. Thus, by the certification body Quality – Austria, the validity of the international Certificate ISO 9001: 2015, which has been held by the company since December 2017, has been extended.
